兔轮状病毒致病性研究

摘　　要：以云南腹泻死亡幼兔肠内容物分离到的AN_1和AN_2两株兔轮状病毒对40～50日龄日本大耳兔口服接种.于接种后2～4天,有4/7只接种兔出现轻度至中等程度的腹泻,而阴性对照兔和接种异种SA—11病毒株的兔均正常,无腹泻.收集实验患兔肠内容物,经电镜、斑点酶联免疫吸附试验,病毒空斑试验,核酸聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳检测及感染小肠超微结构观察,均为轮状病毒阳性,病毒滴价为10~5～10~8PFU/ml,持续排毒2～7天.Japan Long—eared rabbits in 40 and 50 day—old were inoculated orally by using AN_1 and AN_2 rabbit rotavirus isolated from stool of the died rabbits caused by diarrhea in Yunnan. About 57% of inoculated rabbits exhibited slight to moderate diarrhea 2～4 days after incoculation, and control negative rabbits and rabbits of inoculating heterologous SA—11 Virus are normal, do not develep diarrhea. Intestinal contents were detected by EM, Dot-ELISA, plaque, RNA-PAGE and observation of super microcosmis structure of infected small intestines.The result indicates that all experiments are rotavirus, positive.Viral titer 10~5～10~8PFU/ml.Viral shedding persists for 2 to 7 days.
