高甲状腺激素状态对大鼠生长激素细胞超微结构的影响

摘　　要：在成功地复制出大鼠高甲状腺激素状态动物模型基础上,对垂体前叶生长激素细胞进行了超微结构研究。结果表明高甲状腺激素状态时生长激素细胞分泌颗粒减少、线粒体数量增多,体积增大。本文对其它细胞器的改变还进行了详细的描述。After successful establishment of model of hyperthyroidic rat,the ultrastructure of growth hormone cells (GH cell) in pituitary gland was observed,and morphometric methods were used for secretive granules analysis in GH cells. The results revealed that there were less granules and more swollen mitochondria significantly than those in control GH cells. In addition,other organelles were described in detail.
