甘肃漳县多房棘球绦虫及其终宿主的发现

摘　　要：本文调查了甘肃漳县草滩地区多房棘球绦虫在家犬体内的自然感染情况。剖检59只家犬肠道发现6只阳性,感染率为10.2％。对获检的成虫标本做了形态学描述,并和国内其它地区的多房棘球绦虫形态特征进行了比较。对家犬在当地多房棘球蚴病流行病学中的作用进行了讨论。This paper reported that natural infective rate of domestic dogs with E multilocularis in Zhang County, Gansu Province. The postmortem were made on 59 dogs (Canis familiaris) from the Caotan Region of Zhang County and 6 of them were found infected with E. multilocularis , with intensities ranging from 20 to 5000 worms. The morphological characteris- tics of the adult were described in detail and compared with those reported from different parts of China, judging from the morphological features of adults of our specimens, they closely resemble to E. multiolcularis describde from Ningxia. The role of domestic dogs in the epidemiology of alveolar echinococcusis in Zhang County was discussed.
