人结肠小袋纤毛虫滋养体的透射电镜观察

摘　　要：用透射电镜观察入结肠小袋纤毛虫滋养体,纵切面呈椭圆或卵圆形。体表有突起和小沟,纤毛从小沟内发出。虫体腹面有一胞口,胞口处有纤毛束,纤毛排列很有规律,其轴丝微管的“9+2”结构很清楚。虫体有大小核各一个,大核多为肾形,小核球形或三角形.位于大核的凹侧。大小核均有双层核膜和核孔。胞浆内含有大量线粒体、食物泡和多糖颗粒。线粒体及粗面内质网分布在虫体的外周。In longitudenal section the trophozite of Balantidium coli from man viewed by transmission electron microscope was ellipse or ovoid. The surface of the parasite had alternating ridges and furrows and the cilia arose from the furrows. There was a cytostome at the abdomenal surface of parasite. The cilium binds were presented in in the cytostome, in which the cilia were ranged in a regular form and displayed the axoneme tubules to universal '9+2' pattern in cross section. The parasite was possessed of a macronucleus and a micronucleus. The macronucleus generally was reniform in shape and the micronucleus appeared spherical or triangular and lay closely to the concavity of the macronucleus. Both nuclei were bounded by a double layers of nu- clear membrane on which the nuclear pores occurred. The cytoplasm of the parasite contained a large number of mitochondria, food vacuoles and polysaccharide granules. The mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum were usually distributed into the peripheral region of the parasite.
