摘  要:应用免疫印渍试验分析卫氏并殖吸虫二倍体型和三倍体型的成虫、童虫抗原,结果显示两型间既有广泛共同的多肽抗原,各自又有特异的多肽抗原成分。间接荧光抗体试验将抗原分别定位于两类型成虫、童虫的表皮、肠管上皮细胞及后尾蚴的排泄囊和表皮上。An analysis and localization of antigens of diploid (2n) and triploid (3n ) P . westermani were performed using SDS-PAGE,immunoblotting technique and IFA. The results in immunoblotting showed that 7 antigenic polypeptides of both form adults were commonly rec- ognized by the antisera of cats infected with either 2n or 3n form P. westermani . The 103 and 25 kD components of 3n adults were specifically detected by the homogenous sera pooled from in- fectde cats. The sera of rats parasitized by either 2n or 3n juveniles reacted with a 23. 5-23 kD diplet band of both form antigens in the same developing stages. Additionally,a molecular weight of 24. 5kD polypeptide of 2n juvenile was noted only by 2n rat sera. Fluorescence stainings were seen on the sectioned adults and immature flukes. and the ex- cysted metacercariae in IFA. Antigenic substances were located on the surface of tegument. gut epithelium of adults and juveniles of both forms,whereas in excysted metacercariae antigens were observed on the inner surface of excretory canal and in the luminal content. No fluorescence was noted on the tegument of metacercariae.
