肘关节的静脉回流及其临床意义

摘　　要：用大体解剖法和显微解剖法观察了成人和胎儿、新生儿尸体肘关节的囊外和囊内静脉。静脉以关节内结构为中心吻合成三层相套、层间相互吻合的静脉网。骺或软骨骺、滑膜皱襞和脂肪垫的静脉汇入关节血管环内静脉丛。关节囊滑膜层静脉汇入滑膜下静脉网。囊外静脉吻合成关节囊表面静脉网和肘前、肘后静脉网,构成了上肢在肘区的静脉侧副循环通路。根据肘关节静脉回流特点对有关临床问题进行了初步探讨。On adult and fetal cadavers both the extracapsular and the intracapsular veinsof elbow joint were investigated by means of macro-microanatomy.All the arti-cular veins communicated each other forming a three-layer network around thejoint.The veins in the epiphysis or the cartilaginous epiphysis,the synovial foldsand the fat pads joined the network.In addition,the veins of the synovial me-mbrane may empty into the subsynovial venous mesh and some large veins maycommunicate with the extracapsular venous network,thus forming a collateral pa-thway of venous drainage.The venous drainage is regarded to be closely relatedto the ischemic changes of the joint.
