迷走神经切断术后壁细胞体视学分析和超微结构观察

摘　　要：应用电子计算机图像分析处理系统和透射电镜技术对施行迷走神经切断术后不同时期大鼠胃粘膜壁细胞进行体视学分析和超微结构观察。结果表明:迷走神经切断术后初期,壁细胞明显变小,随术后时间延长而增大,至术后12周时,超过对照组水平;但壁细胞数量在术后无明显变化。壁细胞的超微结构亦从术后初期的抑制相逐渐恢复至正常状态。作者认为:迷走神经切断术对壁细胞的结构功能有短期的抑制作用;壁细胞的肥大和超微结构的恢复是术后胃酸分泌量回升的基础,而不是壁细胞数量在术后增殖的结果。Morphological changes of parietal cells at different time intervals followingvagotomy were quantitatively analysed with a computer model and observed bymeans of transmission electron microscopy.After vagotomy the parietal cellsrecovered gradually both in size and ultrastructure,which suggested that vagotomycould be of temporary inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion.The ultrastr-uctural recovery of the parietal cells and probably their hypertrophy may accountfor the gradual increment of the acid output 3 months after vagotomy.
