第二掌背血管神经蒂岛状皮瓣的应用解剖

摘　　要：在34侧成人手标本上,解剖观察了第二掌背动、静脉及有关神经的分支分布。观察结果显示,示指和由指近节指背及第二指蹼区,是一个具有独立血供和神经分布的岛状皮瓣供皮区。皮瓣轴旋转弧的覆盖面包括了拇指,示指尖。在解剖学研究的基础上,临床进行了8例应用,并获成功。The course and distribution of the second dorsal metacarpal artery,the veinand the nerve were observed on 34 sides of cadaveric upper limb specimens.Anew donor area of pedicled island flap was developed,which covers the proximalphalanx of index and middle fingers and the second web,with the advantages ofindependent blood supply and nerve distribution.The island flap could be trans-ferred to meet the tip of thumb.Based on the anatomical studies,clinical opera-tion was performed on 8 cases of patient successfully.
