B型超声对小儿先天性皮毛窦的诊断

摘　　要：应用5MHz线阵探头,对10例先天性皮毛窦患儿术前进行了B超检查,5例健康男婴作为对照研究。结果表明,B超可清楚显示皮毛窦的形态、部位和走行方向,可分辨窦道与硬膜、脊髓的关系,9例窦道扩张形成上皮样或皮样囊肿。根据窦道和肿瘤形态,其声像图分为三种。B超对本病具有重要诊断价值,可为手术治疗提供可靠依据。Using preoperative sonography with a 5—MHz Linear transducer was performed in 10 patients (40 days—5 years old) with congenital dermal sinus. Five infants, ranged from 4 to 6 months old, served as the control. Sonography clearly showed the shape, Location and extending direction of the sinus tract in all patients. It also identified the relationship of the sinus tract to the dura, and to the spinal cord. There were 9 patients with epidermoid or dermoid cyst as local expansion of the sinus tract. According to the shapes of the sinus tract and the tumors, three sonographic types of dermal sinus were classified, we think that preoperative sonography is very useful,reliable, simple and cheap in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of dermal sinus in children.
