急性甲型肝炎T细胞亚群的变化

摘　　要：应用流式细胞仪和OKT McAb分析了30例急性甲型肝炎外周血T细胞亚群变化,并观察其中5例的动态变化。结果表明,病程极期患者CD_4亚群百分率明显降低;CD_6亚群百分率升高;CD_4/CD__8比值明显降低。这些变化可能与HAV侵害淋巴系统及应激性免疫调动有关。The percentages of T lymphocyte subsets in 30 patients with acute A type hepatitis were determined with flow cytometer and OKT McAb indirect staining method. The results showed that the percentage of CD_4 subset was significantly lower, CD_8 subset higher and CD_4/CD_8 lower than those of the normal respectively. When the patients were recovering, the percentage of CD_4 subset rose, CD_8 went down and CD_4/CD_8 came back to normal. The changes in T lymphocyte subsets might relate to the invasion of HAV into T lymphocyte and the reaction of cellular immunity against HAV.
