摘　　要：观察36例经皮球囊导管二尖瓣分离术治疗的二尖瓣狭窄患者,发现其术后瓣口面积的大小。与球囊直径的大小、扩张次数的多少、二尖瓣瓣下结构的受损与否及患者年龄的大小均无关,而与二尖瓣狭窄程度及病程长短有关。The mitral valve area (MVA) after percutaneous balloon catheter mitralcommissurotomy (PBMC) was assessed in 36 patients with mitral stenosis. Theresults showed that. The postoperative MVA was no relation with balloon diameter,commissurotomy frequency, submitral structure and the age of patients, but withrelation to the degree of mitral stenosis and course of disease. The postoperativeMVA of severe and long course group was less than that of moderate mild and shortcourse group. The difference was more significant (P<0. 05).
