摘　　要：木文报道临床诊断病毒心肌炎,经咽拭液分离病毒,双份血清中和抗体4倍升高,再用COX B_(1-6)型标准血清鉴定为阳性者 65例。另设对照组40例。两组均用动态心电图24小时描记显示,室性早搏的61.54％,其中平行收缩型室早87.5％,频发多源性室早10％,二平,三联室早2.5％,室速占15.38％,房早47.9％,窦速64.52％,以上两组 P<0.01。ST—T改变两组差异亦非常显著 P<0.01。65 clinical cases of patients with viral myocarditis were reported. of thses,pharyngeal swabs were made for virus isolation, the neutralizing antibody in doubleserum increase 4 times and were positive while dected by Cox B_(1-4) standard serum.Holter ECG were carried out and compared with that of anether 40 normal controls.It showed that ventricular premature beat was 61. 54%. in which parasystole87. 55%. frequent and multifoced 10%, bigeming and trigeminy 2.%, tachyeardia15. 38%. atrial 47. 95 % and sinus 64. 53%.
