超声实时显像常规检查胎儿畸形85例分析

摘　　要：我院自1982年6月至1986年12月应用B型超声常规检查在本院分娩或引产的孕妇15410例中,共有畸形胎儿85例。其中经B型超声确诊60例,占71％;漏诊25例,占29％。文内讨论了胎儿畸形的超声图像特征、各系统诊断的分类、漏诊的原因,以及检查的恰当时间和诊断程序。Routine examination with real time ultrasound was performed in 15,410 pregnant women delivered at time or were induced abortion in our hospital during the period of June 1982 to Dec. 1986. Sixty cases of congenital fetal malformation were found by ultrasonography and 25 were missed. However, the 25 cases were proved by clinical and pathological studies. The present paper desoribes the characteristic ultrasonic image of congenital fetal malformation and presents a list of the diagnosis of each system as well as the analysis of the causes of misdiagnosis. The optimal time for examination and the proper procedure of diagnosis are recommended.
