弧菌科快速鉴定系统与微机应用的研究

摘　　要：本文报告自行制备的弧菌科生化鉴定系统,包括鉴定药盒与电脑处理实验结果,可自动显示并将结果储存或打印。经1286例腹泻便标本中检获的168株弧菌科菌株的实验结果,证实本系统操作简便、价廉、快速和准确。This article presents a rapid biochemical identification system of vibrionaceae, including a kit of rapid biochemical identification and micro-computer program. We input the data of rapid biochemical identification tests of vibrionaceae into the microcomputer, the identified strains were automatically shown. One hundredsixty-eight strains of vibrionaceae were isolated and thus identified in 1286 specimens from diarrhea patients. It is found that the system is rapid, correct, simple and cheap with high efficacy.
