陕西蝮蛇的血清LDH同工酶研究

摘  要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(PAGE)研究了陕西蝮蛇三亚种的血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶。结果表明,蝮蛇短尾亚种仅有5条带,中介亚种和秦岭亚种各显6条带,其中,中介亚种LDH_5分化出一条亚带,秦岭亚种LDH_1与LDH_2间出现一染色稍深的同工酶带。三者间酶带的含量与分布亦有不同。可见,三者间在糖代谢的方式上存在着一定差异。这对应用LDH同工酶分析法解决蝮蛇分类问题提供了新的参考。Studies on isozymes of serum LDH from three subspecies of the pit-vipers in Shaanx province has been made by PAGE analysis, It shows that the three subspecies exhibit different patterns of LDH isozymes in electrophoretograms There are only five bands in Agkistrodon halys brevicaudus while there appear to be six bands in A. h. intermedius and A. h. qinlingensis respectively due to band differentiation, i.e., LDH_5' of LDH_5 in the former and LDH_1' of LDH_1 in the latter moreover, the band content and their distribution are different as well. so characteristics of energy metabolism are dissimilar among the three subspecies, and A. h. qinlingensis may be an independent species.
