摘  要:本项试验系对Sn—9106绿色木霉经固体发酵制得的固态酶进行了温度、pH值及抗蛋白质酶降解能力等性质的研究。研究结果表明,该酶是一种复合酶制剂,含有半纤维素酶、果胶酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶等辅助酶。酶具有较好的温度稳定性,70℃保温10min仍能保持50%的活力,还具有较好的pH值稳定性,具有较强的抗胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶降解的能力,在胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶分别作用下,40℃时反应30min活力仍残存81.6%和7.3%,加载体后均为100%。饲料中添加0.2%的纤维素酶较为经济,猪日增重577g,料肉比2.04。在此基础上,又对载体进行了初步的探讨,从载体的吸附率和回收率出发,综合分析,确定C载体为最佳载体,该载体经济,易于获得。This paper is about the character of the solid cellulase from Trichoderma virid Sn-9106 at solid medium fermentation, such as temperature, pH, proteinase-resistence and so on. It is complex enzymes and contains cellulase, semicellulase, pectinase, amylase, proteinase and so on. It is stable at high temperature and 50% activity is remained at 70℃. It has better stability at 40℃, when proteinase and trrpsin are added. the activity of cellulase can remained 81.6% and 77.3% after half an hour. When the amount of this enzyme is 0.2% in the feed, good effect can be obtained. The increased weight is 577g daily gain, the ratio between feed and meat is 2.04. We had studied on the carrier of enzyme too. We deter mined in the adsorption and recovery between the carrier and enzgma. C is the best carrier, it is economic and can be obtained easy.
