摘 要:本文通过求解外界周期性力场作用下刚性直圆管脉动流的运动方程,得到一个表征外界力场作用的比例因子M,通过对比例因子M的分析,发现外界力场对动脉中脉动流会产生两种完全相反的影响。在某些条件下,外界力场会使脉动流量的模增加,使纵向阻抗的模减小,对人体产生有益的影响;但在另一些条件下,外界力场却使脉动流量的模减小,使纵向阻抗的模增加,对人体产生有害的影响。本文详细分析了外界力场的模g_1和初位相φ_0在产生上述两种影响时的可能取值范围,为避免外界力场对人体循环系统的伤害以及合理利用外界周期力场改善心血管功能提供理论依据。This paper obtains a proportional factor M after solving the motion equation of pulsatile flow in rigid tube under the influence of externally applied periodic acceleration. With the analysis of M, it is found that the externally acceleration has contrary aspects of influence to the pulsatile flow in arteries. Under some conditions, the externally acceleration will increase the modules of pulsatile flow and decrease the modules of longitudinal impedance. This is favourable to human body. Under other conditions, the externally acceleration will decrease the modules of pulsatile flow and increase the modules of longitudinal impedance. This has bad influence on human body. This paper analyses in details the values of the modules and the initial phase of externally acceleration that causes above influence, and gives the theoretical base to keep the externally acceleration from doing harm to vascular system and improve the vascular function with the help of suitable externally acceleration.
