摘　　要：在水泵球铁件轴承体上,采用中间分型,浇口通过芯子形成顶注。冒口座在芯子上的工艺方案,充型平稳,利于浇口挡渣和冒口补缩。For casting the nodular cast iron bearing housing of the pump middle parting and riser seated on the core and gate through core system were used to achieve topgating and feeding that not only ensured a smooth mold filling.but also is good for head feeding and slag trapping at the gate
