摘 要:为了解遗传因素在冠心病发病因素中的比重及遗传方式,在广州高等学校知识分子中作了冠心病遗传流行病学研究,发现冠心病先证者的一级素属冠心病患病率为7.03%,远比对照组一级亲属的患病率(2.64%)高,约为1.6倍;以二项分布数学模式拟合,发现冠心病例分布呈家族聚集现象;用Limentel-Gart法计算其分离比为0.04;以Falconer阈值法计算,冠心病的遗传度为38.9%。根据研究所获得指标及特点,提示冠心病系多基因遗传性疾病。The study of genctic cpidcmiology of CHD among the senior intelectuals of universities in Guangzhou was carried out. It revealed that the prcvalence of CHD in the first degree relatives of the CHD group was 7.03% which was much higher than that of the control group (2.64%). The case distribution of CHD presented the phenomenon of familial aggregation with the fitting of the binomial distribution. By the method of Limentel-Gart the separate ratio was 0.04. The heretability of CHD was 38.9% by using Falconer's Threshold Calculation. Owing to lack of the hcretability value of CHD in China, the result of the paper can be used as a good reference. According to the indcxes and character obtained from the survey, it showed that CHD seems to be the polygenic disease. The author emphasized that combining with the extensive maeroseopic investigation, the microcosmic reseach should be studied profoundly. This is very important for clarifving the cause and the machanism of CHD, as well as for its effective prevention and trcatment.
