感染性疾病的尿β_2-MG、Alb、IgG变化与肾损害关系的探讨

摘　　要：应用放射免疫测定法(RIA),对30例感染性疾病病儿作尿β_2-MG、Alb、IgG检测,并与86例正常小儿测试水平对比观察,结果表明感染组尿三项蛋白异常占73.3％,尿β_2-MG、Alb测定值明显高于对照组,2例尿IgG水平增高,提示小儿感染性疾病可导致肾损害,不仅局限于肾小管,严重者可累及肾小球,若能早期控制感染与加强对肾损害的预防保护措施,有利于病情恢复。By using RIA method,urinary β_2-MG, Alb and IgO of 30 eases of children with infectious discascs were observed and also compared with that of 86 cases of healthy children It was found that threc items of urinary proteins appeared abnormal in 73.3％ of the affected group. The urinary β_2-MG,alb were much higher than that of the control group, and in two cases the urinary IgG were higher.These results indieated that infectious disease of a child may lead to the impairment of his kidney. The impairment not only involved golmarulo-tubulo, but also involvod gloerolus in severe case. If It was could control the infection in an carly stage and took relevant precautions against kidney impairment, it would promote the recovery.
