新生儿甲低筛查——5年工作回顾

摘　　要：本文介绍了我们自1988年至1992年用自行研制的纸片法TSH RM试剂盒对天津市区、郊县出生的新生儿进行先天性甲状腺机能低下症筛查的情况。在79743名新生儿中,共筛查出异常者15例(1/5316),其中永久性甲低7例,一过性甲低3例,一过性高TSH血症5例。开始治疗的时间从出生后34天到56天。由于接受早期治疗,永久性甲低患儿的体格和智力发育均达同龄正常儿童水平。Neonatal screening program of congenital hypothyroidism have started in Tianjin since 1988. Totally ,15(8 transient and 7 permanent)hypothyroidism were screened out in 79743(1/5316) neonates. Because of early screening and instant continuous treatment , the physical growth and mental development of the 7 permanent hypothyroidism patients are as same as the normal children with similar ages. The reagent of TSH RIA kit which we used was made by ourselves.
