双黄连气雾剂防治儿童ARI的临床及用药机理的研究

摘　　要：用双黄连气雾剂治疗急性呼吸道感染148例,病原主要是病毒,其中64％病例是呼吸道融合病毒感染。用体外培养方法进行病毒抑制和细菌抑制试验,证明双黄连可抑制呼吸道融合病毒、副流感病毒Ⅰ—Ⅳ型和23种病原菌。其中对金黄色葡萄球菌最为敏感。试验发现双黄连浓度愈低则其抑菌效力愈低。用兔子进行的病毒抑制及细菌抑制试验指出在体内双黄连的抑菌作用与体包试验类似。试验还证明双黄连可增强NK细胞活性,促进α—干扰素的产出。用双黄连作为治疗组,而双黄连注射液作为对照组,试验结果显示气雾剂治疗优于对照组(P<0.01),表现在其临床症状的改善,如咳嗽减轻、湿罗音减少及淋巴细胞转化率的好转。气雾的有效率为90.20％。148 cases of Acute respiratory infection were treated with SHUANGHUANG LIAN aerosol.In these cases, the main infection cases were virus infection and 64% cases of virus Infection was caused by the respitatory syncytial virus (RSV).The virustatic and bacteriostasis test were done by the cell culture method in vitro and it's shown that's huanghuanglian had the inhibitons to RSV, Parainfluenza Virus I-IV and 23 kinds of pathogenic bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus was the most sensitive among these bacteria. It's also found that the lower the concentration of shuanghuang lian was, the less the inibition of bacteria was.Thc rerults of virustatic and bacteriostatic tests in rabbit indicated that the inhibitions of Shuanghuanglian in vivo was the same as that of it in vitro. Shuanghuanglian can also reinforce the NK cell activity and the produce of α-interfcron. Injection Solution of Shuanghuanglian was used as control group. The experimental results indicated that the aerosol was better than control group (p<0.01) in ameliorating the clinic symptom of congh、vesicular rale and the lymphocyte blastogenesis. The effective percentage of aerosal was 90.2%.
