摘  要:本文用微核试验的方法检测了新疆产莫合烟(一种组制烟草)对小鼠胚胎细胞的遗传毒作用,并与新疆卷烟厂生产的天池牌香烟加以比较。给妊娠13─15d的瑞士小鼠腹腔注射烟雾凝聚物,共二次,间隔24h,第二次染毒后16h杀死动物,取胎鼠的肝脏及母鼠的骨髓,制片,计数多染红细胞(PCE)的微核率。结果表明莫合烟烟雾凝聚物在中等浓度(120mg/kg)时胎肝细胞的微核率(7.93±2.23)与溶剂对照(6.17±1.85)相比有显著性差异。骨髓细胞的微核率(8.31±2.21)与对照细(5.11±1.05)相比,亦有显著增高。在高浓度(240mg/kg)时,胎肝细胞的微核率上升至12.13±4.43.骨髓细胞为10.67±4.33,与溶剂对照相比有极显著差异(P<0.0005)。且均呈剂量效应关系。而天池香烟只在高浓度时胎肝细胞微核率(9.29±2.56)与骨髓细胞微核率(5.5±2.07)的增高才有显著意义。两种烟相比较,在高涨度即1.3支烟/kg时,莫合烟诱发的胎肝细胞微核率大于天池香烟(P<0.05)。以上结果说明莫合烟雾凝聚物对小鼠胚胎细胞有遗传毒性,其毒性在高浓度时大于天池香烟。The genotoxic effect of Mo He tobacco smoke condensate(TSC)on mousefetuses and maternal bone marrow was studied employing micronucleus test and comparedwith Tian Chi cigarette smoke condensate(CSC). Swiss mice of 13-15 days gestation wereexposed to tobacco or cigarette smoke condensate by intraperitoneal injection at a 24hinterval and sacrificed 16h 16h after the second injection. Maternal bone marrow and fetallivers from each pregnant mouse were obtained for the microncleus analyses. MO He TSC at the middle(dose ( 120 mg/kg)caused a significant increase inmieronuelei in both fetal liver cells and maternal bone marrow. A higher micronucleusfrequeney was observed in fetal liver cells (12.13±4.43) and bone marrow cells (10.67±4. 33)at the dose of 240 mg/kg. It showed a significant differ(P<0. 0005 ) whencompared with the negative control . It also Showed a dose─dependent response. Only atthe high dose a significant increase in micronuclei was observed in both fetal liver and bonemarrow treated with Tian Chi CSC.At the dose of 1.3 cigarettes/kg the micronucleusfrequency of fetal liver cells induced by Mo He TSC was greater than that induced by TianCki CSC. These results indicate that Mo He Tobacco is a mutagen in mice.
