EFFECTS OF MICROWAVE RADIATION ON MICRONUCLEUS(MCN)RATE OF VICIA FABA ROOT

摘  要:将标准蚕豆42粒随机分成7组,每组6粒,5个剂量组为5、10、20、30、40mw/cm2组,及阴、阳性对照组各一,各剂量组一天内上下午用2450MC连续微波各照射一次,每次30min,连照2d.结果表明,剂量组细胞质中出现微核,单微核为多,亦可见双微核或3个以上的多微核,不过仅在30、40mw/cm2组中出现,各剂量组微核细胞率与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),并呈现随着剂量增加而微核细胞率也升高的趋势。该实验研究对了解微波生态提供了新的线索。Forty─two standard divided vicia laba with background MCN rate of 1─4%were randomly divided into seven groups,six in each group.Five microwave radiationdose groups were set,i.e.5,10 , 20 , 30 and 40mw/cm2. Also, positive and negativegroups were set. Each doss was irradiated for 30 minutes both in the morning and in theafternoon within a day. The interval was 5─6 hours.After the second day s radiation,the vicia faba in eaeh group were put in a incubator at temperature of 20─24 ℃ for 12hours repairing. The positive group was irradiaied by 150 R γ─rays and the negativegroup was no. Except this respect, the positive and negative groups were treated in thesame way as dose groups. After 12 bours , vicia faba root tips were cut and observed undermicroscope.Individual 1000 cells were observed to find out MCN. Then, the MCN obser-vation rate was calculated. The results showed tbat the MCN appeared to be near nucleus in the round and ovalshape with the same stain as nucleus. Double micronucleus appeared in the 30, 40mW/cm2 groups, while more than 3 micronucleus only in the 40 mW/cm2 group. Also,two connected MCN were shown, and the MCN and main uncleus were connected in theshape of carpt. Furthermore , there was obviously dose─ response relationship betweenmicrowave radiation dose and MCN observation rate,.e.,with the increasing dose,MCN rate increased as well.Few findings elsewhile have been reported like the reported above,wich will providesome new knowledge for explaining the effects of microwave on plants.
