摘　　要：本文通过对６座釉面砖素烧六孔推板窑进行热平衡和平衡的计算，并进行对比分析，认为该推版窑节能潜力在窑炉内部，在于改变燃料结构和窑炉结构，降低窑炉内部热损耗。并论述了平衡分析法更科学。更准确地反映窑炉实际用能情况．In this paper, through the calcualtion and analysis of Heat Balance and exergy Balance of six sliding-bat kilns, it is held that saving energy potentialities inside of the sliding-bat kiln and reducing its internal consumption of energy lie in changing the structure of the kiln and the composition of the fuel. The paper also proves this exergy theory is far mote accurate to reflect the actual feature of energy using than the others.
