摘　　要：对合肥市初产妇心理因素进行了调查，发现初产妇存在不同程度的紧张、恐惧心理，且与文化程度、职业、年龄有关，以文化程度较高、职业稳定、良好和适宜年龄的初产妇心理状态比较稳定，提示了卫生宣教和围产期保健咨询的重点。An investigation about the psychological status of primipara was carried out in Hefei city from May to June, 1992. We found that there were nervous and panic psychological status in primipara.And the women who have high education level, stable occupation, and suitable age have stable psychological status, which suggested the emphasis of health care in pregnant period.
