摘　　要：本研究通过对某钢铁企业１９７９年～１９８９年２０１２例（男１７４９例，女２６３例）职业伤害病例的回顾性调查，表明在此期间职业伤害的发生率、重伤率、致死性伤害率均呈下降趋势；轻伤绝对数明显减少，重伤和死亡数变化不大，致历年重伤构成比反而上升。伤害的发生有明显的昼时性，８：００～１０：５９为主峰，１３：００～１６：５９为次高峰。现工种工龄短，技术等级低的青年工人为高危人群。伤害的好发部位为上下肢和头颈部，占７９．３％；创伤类型以开放性损伤和骨折为主，约５６．９％。A retrospective survey of occupational injuries was conducted in some Iron and Steel Complex from 1979 to 1989.2012 cases that involved 1749 male and 263 female were collected. The results showed that occupational injuries rate, severe and fatal injuries rate were all declining trend during this period. There were round-the-clock variations that occupational injuries incidenced. 8:00 to 10:59 was main peak, 13:00 to 16:59 was inferior peak. The group that worked in current job shorter time, were lower technical class and young may be more susceptible to injury. Ranking the injuried parts of the bodys showed that injuries of upper, lower extremities and head were more frequent (about 79.7%).Open surgical trauma, frature were the most common injuries (56.9%).
