槲皮素镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：采用小鼠扭体和电嘶叫法研究发现，ｉｐ５０，１００，２００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１槲皮素具剂量依赖性镇痛作用。在小鼠扭体模型上槲皮素镇痛作用效价强度约为金丝桃甙的１／５。口腔病人患处应用１％槲皮素无镇痛作用。上述结果表明槲皮素的镇痛作用是中枢性的，其镇痛作用不仅比金丝桃甙弱，也不具备金丝桃甙局部镇痛特点。The analgesia of quercetin (Que) was studied on the writhing induced by potassium antimony tartrate and the vocalization stimulated by electricity in mice. Que, in range of 50￣200 mg ·kg￣-1(ip) ,could significantly and dose-dependently reduce the writhing numbers and raise the vocalization thresholds respectively. The analgesic potency of Que is about 1/5 of that of hyperin (quercetin-3-gulacto-side) determined by the writhing test and the peak effect of 200 mg ·kg￣-1 Que (ip) is about the same as that of 4 mg · kg￣-1 morphine evaluated with the vocalization threshold. In patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer, small dose of Que which was directly administrated to the surface of ulcer showed little adventage (efffetive rate: 8/16) compared with the placebo control (effetive rate: 5/12). These results suggest that Que has centrally analgesic effect.
