通天散的急、慢性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：通天散系一中药复方制剂，鼻内给药治疗慢性鼻炎效佳。本文对通天散进行了急、慢性毒理研究，发现小鼠一次灌胃１２５０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１或鼻内给予４３２ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１通天散不产生任何中毒症状，大鼠鼻内给予２６０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１或６５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ｂｉｄ×７５ｄ，既不产生任何中毒症状，也不引起血常规和血液生化指标的异常，重要脏器如心、肝、肺、肾、脑等组织病理检查亦未见明显异常。上述结果表明通天散毒性甚微。Tong Tian San (TTS) is a pulvis of Chinese traditional medicine complex and very effective on treating the chronic suppurative nasosinusitis when applied into the nares. The toxicities of TTS were studied and presented in this paper. In the mice acute toxicity test,neither any toxic symptom nor death occurred at the possibile maximal dose,and the minimal lethal doses of po and nasal administration of TTS were higher than 1250 and 432 mg. kg-1 respectively. In the rat long-term toxicity test, intra-nares administration of TTS 65 and 260 mg. kg-1, on 75 consecutive days, no marked toxicity was revealed in general physical signs, body weight, appearance, behaviour, routine blood test, liver and kidney function tests. The histological examination also showed no significant toxicity in the heart, liver,lung, kidney and brain. These results indicate that the toxicity of TTS is very low.
