大剂量电离辐射对肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统功能的影响

摘  要:本研究采用5GyX射线全身照射雄性大鼠模型,观察照射后1、2、4和7天血清血管紧张素Ⅰ(ATⅠ)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)水平的变化。结果表明,照射后1天血清ATⅠ和ALD水平降低,血清ATⅡ水平无变化;照射后2天和4天血清ATⅠ波动在对照组水平,血清ATⅡ水平逐渐增高,而血清ALD水平明显低于对照组;照射后7天三者都不同程度高于对照组。提示,大剂量全身照射后初期肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统调节发生紊乱,照射后急期此系统对体内水和电解质失衡产生一种适应性反应。The present study was designed to observe the cganges in serum angiotensin I(AT Ⅰ),angiotensinⅡ(AT Ⅱ)and aldosterone(ALD) levels 1,2,4 and 7d after 5 Gy -ir-radiation in male rats.The results showed that serum ATⅠand ALD levels decreascd l d afterirraddiation,but serum AT Ⅱlevel didn’t change;serum AT Ⅰlevel fluctuated about the controllevel and serum AT Ⅱlevel gradually increased 2 and 4 d after irradiation,while serum ALD lev-el was obviotisly lower than that of the control group; all these three indices increased 7 d after ir-radiation.These results suggested that regulation of renin-angiotensin- aldosterone system was indisorder at the initial stage after whole-body irradiation with large dose of X-rays and the system,in the acute stage after irradiation,produced an adaptive response to the imbalance of water andelectrolvtes within thebody.
