摘　　要：本文介绍一个集成光波导器件计算机辅助分析与设计系统──ＩＯＣＡＤ，该软件采用标量单向束传播方法及快速傅立叶交换技术，具有波导结构输入简单、菜单提示全面、使用方便、功能强、速度快等特点，只要分析参数适当，ＩＯＣＡＤ具有足够精度．ＩＯＣＡＤ可对满足ＢＰＭ适用条件的多种折射率分布的任何结构的波导器件进行模拟分析．本文同时给出几个模拟实例．Abstract A CAA system for integrated optics-IOCAD is presented.The effective index method and FFT technology are used in the system.The advantagies are simple discription of waveguide structrue,complete menus,convinient interface,power functions and fast speed, IOCAD can give higher precision when the analysis parameters is proper. IOCAD can be used to simulate any waveguide of four index distrabution, when the limits of scalar and singledirection BPM are satisfied.
