热风炉热风出口短管砖衬破损的修补技术

摘　　要：外燃式热风炉混风室与热风总管之间的联络管（即热风出口短管）内衬耐火砖是外燃式热风炉的薄弱环节。在宝钢１号高炉开炉运转了３年多后，发生热风出口短管伸缩节外套管铁皮发红，而２号高炉开炉不到１年，也发生同样问题。积多年的生产实践，宝钢开发了开孔压浆、割开炉皮填料、热态喷补等修补技术，效果很好，维持了热风炉的正常运转。Firebrick lining in the blast connection of hot stove connectingthe mixer chamber of the external combustion hot stove and the blast main is vulnerable part. After the operation of BF No.1 of Baosteel for more than three years,the external iron shell of the expansion joint of the blast connection was observedburned red, so was the case with that of BF No. 2 of Baosteel after less than oneyear's operation. To solve this problem, such techniques as grouting by openinghole, filling after cutting open the shell, hot-state gunning etc, have been developedin years of Baosteel production practice, and have proved to be effective in maintaining the smooth operation of hot stove.
