摘  要:该文对加倍体白杨(TBT-7)和二倍体白杨(TBD)以及其父本(TB11)、母本(TB01)、欧洲山杨三倍体等植株的生理特性进行了比较研究,结果表明:白杨加倍体植株的叶组织有机物相对含量明显高于其它株系,如:蛋白质相对含量比二倍体对照株(TBD)提高35.7%,比父本(TB11)提高82.5%,DNA相对含量比TBD提高3%,比TB11提高41.8%,叶绿素相对含量比TBD提高15.6%,比TB11提高32.9%。叶片经干旱、低温、冰冻、高温处理之后,TBT-7的原生质膜渗透率均明显低于其它系号。初步证明TBT-7是具有速生的生理基础和潜势、叶组织具有较好抗逆性的加倍体白杨。Comparative studies on the physiological characteristics of polyploid whitepoplar (TB'T-7) , diploid white poplar TBD (control) and TB11 ♂. TB01 ♀ (parents) . triploidAstria. were carried out. Results showed that the amount of organic substance in leaves ofpolyploid white poplar was far higher than that of others. For example, the amount of pro-tein, DNA , and chlorophyll was higher than that of TBD by 35. 7% , 3% and 15. 6% respec-tively. Treated with the conditions of drought , low temperatures, freezing and high tempera-tures, the protoplasm membrane permeability of polyploid white poplar leaves was obviouslylower than that of others. It was preliminarily proved that the TBT-7 had the physiologicalbase and latent tendency of a great growth rate; it was also a polyploid tree with strong resis-tance.
