摘 要:为进一步确认经秋水仙碱诱导出的毛新杨(PopulustomentosaCarr.×PopulusbolleanaLauche)大花粉在毛新杨雌花上授粉后所得到的后代个体TBT-7是三倍体杨树,对TBT-7及其父、母本(TB11,TB01)、对照(TBD)和三倍体欧洲山杨(Astria)分别进行叶片面积、厚度和气孔长度等项特征的比较。结果表明TBT-7的多倍体巨大性是显著的.In order to further identify the polyploid of the unidentified triploid poplar(TBT-7) (which is the hybrid , arising from the fertilization of a normal hyploid egg cell ofpoplar (TB01) with an unreduced pollen which is induced by colchicine) , the leaf area, thethickness of the leaves and the palisade tissue , the stomatal length and width have been mea-sured and compared with the triploid of white poplar (TBT-7) , the control (TBD) , the par-ents (TB11 , TB01) and the aspen triploid (Astria). The measurements have shown that thegigantism characterstics of polyploid in TBT-7 is obvious, which proved to have been cor-rectly determined as a triploid.
