摘  要:本试验通过盆栽大蒜探讨土壤施硒、锌、锰、铜对大蒜吸收这些元素以及这些元素之间的相互影响。结果表明,随着土壤施硒量的增加,土壤中硒的有效含量增加,大蒜地上部和地下部含硒量也增加;土壤施锌、锰、铜对大蒜吸收硒几乎没有影响;而硒会明显地抑制大蒜对锌元素的吸收,对锰、铜的吸收虽有抑制但只在地下部明显,因此,土壤施硒的量一定要合适。A greenhouse experiments were conducted to study the influence of Se,Zn,Mn,Cu to these elements for garlic uptake and the interaction amoung them.The results showed that the xontent of Se in garlic and available Se in the soil were increased with Se addition to the soil;the addition of Zn,Mn, Cu to soil was not able to influence the uptake of Se for garlic.But the addition of Se to the soil was able to induce the uptake of gn significantly for garlic,the inducation to Mn,Cu is significantly in the under- ground part of the garlic.Acording to the experiments results,the amounts of adding Se to the soil must be moderate.
