付里叶变换近红外漫反射光谱分析中样品制备的评价

摘　　要：引入 Mahalanobis 距离的多元数据处理方法,通过对组内均方根的比较,评价了谷子样品过40目与过60目筛的两种制样的付里叶变换近红外漫反射光谱的测量结果,从而得出与实际定量分析相一致的结论,即过60目筛的样品在光谱定量分析中有较好结果。由此,认为仅通过付里叶变换近红外漫反射光谱的测定即可确定较好的样品制备方法。Two sample preparation methods in the measurement of Fourier transform near infared deffuse reflectance spectroscopy(FTNIRDRS)were evaluated by the root mean square groupsizes (RMSG)which was computed from Mahalanobis distance.Spectroscopy derived from the millet samples through 40 or 60 meshes was analyzed and evaluated.The result showed that the measurement deviation can be reduced with 60 meshes in comparision with 40 meshes,which is the same as the result of FTNIR- DRS quantitative analysis.So.only according to spectroscopy,can one determine how the samples should be prepared.
