摘  要:采用营养液培养方法研究了缺素玉米叶面施用不同形态的 Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn 后吸收转移分配效果。结果表明:这四种微量元素在玉米叶面供应后均能观察到吸收和转移现象,且向缺素较严重的顶叶转移量为最多。这说明 Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn 四种元素在植物韧皮部内能够运移。在所施用的两种形态的微量元素中,螯合态的效果明显好于无机态。叶面施用 Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn 微量元素肥料能改善植物体内的营养状况。Effects on uptake and distribution of different forms(MeEDTA and MeSO_4)of Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn applied to the maize leaves were studied in solution culture.The uptake and translocation of ele- ments could move in the pholem of the plant.In the two forms of Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn were observed after treatment,the greatest amounts of translocated nutrients found in the upper leaves.These results indicated that the four kinds of elements could move in the pholem of the plant.In the two forms of Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn,the effect of Me EDTA was better than the effect of MeSO_4,uptake was higher and distribution was better.The application of Fe,Mn,Cuand Zn on the surface of plant leaves could improve the nutrition- al status of plant.
