摘　　要：文章分析了影响压缩机输气量Ｇｓ的诸多因素，提出了半直接进气的改进设计方案．该方案提高了压缩机的效率，但噪声值增大，为进一步控制噪声，将吸气消声器进行适当改进，推出了ＱＤ６０ＰＺ型高效低噪声压缩机，这种设计不仅产生了高效低噪声的效果，而且对压缩机的其它性能均未产生不良影响，达到了国际同类产品的改进设计效果。Beijing Refrigerator Compressor Factory has come into effect for several years after importing the production line of the QD60 type of compressor of the IRE company in ltaly.To improve the efficiency of the compressor,many factors which affect the real quality flow of the gas(Gs) have been analysed and the design of quasi-direct charge has also been put forward.This design apparently raises the efficiency of the compressor,however,brings about the increase of the noise level.To furtherly control its noise level and improve the design of its aspirator baffler,the design of the QD60PZ type of high effective and low noise compressor has been raised.This design does not bring about the bad influences on all the other parts of compressors,but causes the high efficiency and low noise,it also reaches the improved design effects of the same type of international products.This design has been widely adopted by Beijing Refrigerator Compressor Factory now.
