摘 要:测定了分布于我国云南高原的中缅树(Tupaiabelangeri)在不同环境温度下的静止代射率(每小时每克体重的耗氧量,YRMR)和体温调节能力.T.belangeri的体温为(37.6±0.15)℃(冬)和(38.7±0.13)℃(夏);体温受环境温度的影响较大;冬夏2季的下临界温度分别为27.5和30.0℃;热中性区内的静止代谢率(YBMR)是(1.56±0.03)mL·h-1·g-1(冬)和(1.94±0.09)mL·h-1·g-1(夏)为体重预期值的155.3%和182.6%.2季的YBMR没有显著差异;冷压下最低平均热传导(Cmin)冬夏2季分别为(0.1449±0,002)和(0.1860±0.01)mL·h-1·g-1·℃-1,为预期值的176.9%和199.9%,夏季显著高于冬季.T.belangeri在热能代谢和体温调节方面具有热带小型哺乳动物的特征,同时,又显示出某些适应于高原的特征。The tree shrew (Tupaia belangeri) is the most nouthern species of TUPAIIDAE in the Estern-south Asia.It distributes mainly in the South and Western-south China. The resting metabolic rate (YRMR) and body temperature (Tb) were measured at different ambient temperatures (Ta),and calculated its thermal conductance in laboratory for tree shrew captured from subtropical shrub forest of Yunnan Guizhou Plateau. The main results were as follows.1) The Tb obviously varied with Ta and were stable only in range of 15~25℃ of Ta.The index of homeothermy ability (I= 1 -b ,by Sun and Zeng, 1987) was 0.78 in winter and 0.84 in summer, bing equal to that of root vole in 18~20 day-age. On the average, Tb in room temperatures were 37.6℃ in winter and 38.7℃ in summer,and this would be very favourable to tolerance to high Ta.2) The thermal neutral zone (TNZ) was about at 27.5~35 ℃ in winter and 30~35 ℃ in summer. The YBMR or YRMR (consumption of O2) in TNZ were 1.56 and 1.94 mL· h-1 · g-1 in winter and summer respectively. These were equal to 155% and 183% of expected by Kilieber (1961) respectively. Below TNZ the relationship of YRMR to Ta could be describled by equations: for winter,YRMR=4.6168-0.1108Ta/℃ ,forsummer,YRMR =4.9466-0. 1007Ta /℃. Above TNZ the YRMR increased significantly and the tree shrew would not be died until Ta reached 37.5℃.3)The minimum thermal conductance (Cmin) were 0. 1449 and 0. 1860 mL ·h-1·g-1·℃-1 in winter and summer respectively which were equal to 176.9% and 200% of that predicted by Herreid and Kessal (1967).It were the higher level of YBMR,the high minimun thermal conductance,and the ability to relaxing precision of homeothermy in certain range of Ta that might be considered as the adaptive characteristics to environmental temperatures in subtropical plateau for the tree shrew.
