排球扣球辅助练习器的研制与教学效果分析

摘　　要：为了解决排球普修教学课中扣球这项难度较大的技术，弥补教学中教具不足的难点，研制了排球扣球辅助器，使初学者充分体会到扣球的正确动作，从而提高教学质量。通过4年排球普修教学课实践证明，扣球辅助器对初学者掌握和提高扣球技术有很大的帮助，特别对扣球中的助跑起跳、踏跳点、空中击球技术有明显的帮助，并且简化了几种常现的教学步骤，体现了该辅助器械的实用性。In common volleyball course, the teaching of spike is relatively difficult and lacks teaching aid.To solve this problem, a device was developed for practising spike, which can improve the teaching qualityby making the beginners to fully understand the correct sequence of movements. Four years teaching prac-tice has proved that the device is very helpful and practical, particularly for beginners to learn runningtake-off takeoff point and flying attack. Using this device some conventional teaching steps can be simpli-fied.
