摘 要:采用脾内免疫法,制备出两组大鼠抗小鼠胸腺基质细胞(Thymicstromalcells,TSC)的大-小鼠B细胞杂交瘤,已获40个单抗分泌细胞株。小鼠胸腺切片免疫组织化学染色结果:(1)髓质TSC反应阳性,皮质TSC反应阴性;(2)皮、髓质TSC反应均呈阳性且强度相似;(3)髓质TSC反应强于皮质TSC;(4)皮质TSC反应强于髓质TSC;(5)胸腺细胞的反应呈弥漫性。本实验结果不仅有利于鉴别TSC亚群并且对研究T细胞发育有重要意义。By means of intrasplenic immunization,two series of rat anti-MTSC(mouse thymic stromal cells)hybridoma have been established and 40 lines which secret MCAb have been obtained.Supernatant from MCAb,screting cell lines have been identified by immunohistochemical staining of mouse thymic section(1) react only to medullary TSC,not to cortical TSC. (2)react with cortical and me-dullarv TSC equally.(3) stronger reaction to cortical TSC than to medullary TSC.(4) stronger reac- tion to medullary TSC than to cortical TSC.(5) react to both TSC and thymocytes Our result is not only useful to the identification of TSC subset but also important to the investigation of T cell deve-lopment
