4－硒（代）硫酸酯多糖体外给药的免疫药理学研究

摘　　要：４－硒（代）硫酸酯多糖为一含硒有机化合物。体外实验发现，在一定剂量范围能显著增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性；促进ＣｏｎＡ、ＬＰＳ、ｒＩＬ－２诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应及双向混合淋巴细胞反应，但对静止淋巴细胞的增殖无刺激作用。- Seleno-carrageenan(Se-carra) is an organic selenium compound semisynthesiyed by Eco-Eviro-mental Sciences Academia Sinica. In this paper the in vitro effect of Se- carra on immunocompetentcells were studied in mice Se- carra(0. 024～ 25ug/ml)was shown to significantly enhance the phago-cytosis of peritoneal macrophage, in additlon,it is found that Se-carra(0. 02～ 6.25ug ml) notablyincrcased iymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA LPS or rIL-2 ,and Promoted mixed lympho- cyte response, but it had no direct effects on proliferation of resting lymphocytes
