摘  要:13例胸腺组织取自3.5至4个月新鲜死亡人胎,剪碎后种在培养瓶内。所用培养液为DME,另加5%胎牛血清、10%新生牛血清及D-缬氨酸650mg/L早期培养中出现两类不同形态的细胞。上皮样细胞的NE、AcP活性及PAS反应较弱,ATP酶和5-NT活性较强,角蛋白呈阳性。成纤维样细胞显示较强的NE、AcP活性及PAS反应,Vlmentin呈阳性。3例培养中均含两类细胞,表明培养细胞仍为胸腺基质细胞的混合体。hymic tissues(three cases )were obtained from 3.5- to 4- month-old fresh dead human fetuses. Thetissres were minced into pieces and were seeded in glass flasks.Cell culture medium is Dulbecco s mo- dified Eagle s medium(DME) suppiemented with 5% fetal bovine serum and l0%newborn calf serum and D-valine,650 mg/liter.The polygonal epithelium-like cell and spindle fibroblast-like cells were present in early cultures . In epithelium-like cells the activities of non-specific esterase and acid phospha- tase and PAS reaction were weak,the activities of ATPase and 5’-nueleotidase were strong, and kera- tin( AC1)was expressed. Fibroblast- like cells displayed the high activity of non-specific esterase and acid phosphatase,and the strong PAS reaction,and the presence of vimentin(AV3). As two cell types were present in all of the cultures of three cases,it indicated the cultured cells were a mixture of thymic stromal cells.
