摘 要:用PCC技术研究60Coγ射线照射后CHL细胞染色体的损伤及修复,并同常规法的检测结果进行比较。结果表明,PCC法观察的染色体损伤主要以断片为主,对G1PCC、G2PCC的断片数分别拟合其量效关系均符合二次多项式。PCC的损伤检出率较常规法高10倍左右,表明其更加敏感,更能反映初始损伤情况。he cytogenetic effects of 60 Coγ irradiation on CHL cells were simultaneously investigated by pre- mature chromosome condensation(PCC)tchnique. The results showed that the relationship between dose and response as total chromosome aberrations and Gi or G2 PCC damage could be accurately expr-essed by quadratic equation. The yield of chromosome fragments observed by PCC was 4- 10 times higher than that of conventional chromosomeaberration analysis(CCAA).This suggests that the pCC technique is more sensitive to determine the chromosome damage than CCAA.The PCC technique par-ticularly may be useful for determining the initial damage of chromosome .
