摘  要:将截取的金黄地鼠坐骨神经移植段分别植于运动皮质(第一组)和延髓锥体交叉处(第二组),同时造成植入处锥体束的损伤。8周后,用HRP逆行追踪法观察运动皮质的标记细胞。结果,第一组(n=10)平均每只动物皮质内出现8个标记细胞,第二组(n=5)的皮质内未见标记细胞,但在脑干中出现较多标记细胞(平均2116个)。提示:周围神经移植法可诱导金黄地鼠锥体束再生,但此再生与移植神经植入和锥体细胞轴突损伤部位与锥体细胞体之间的距离密切相关。segment of peripheral nerve(PN)was transplanted either into the motor cortex (proximal axotomy)or into the medulla pyramidal decussation(distal axotomy) which were verified by retrogra- de and anterograde HRP labelling respectively.Eight weeks after implantation,the presence of rege- nerated motoneurons was visualized by HRP histochemistry following the injection of the tracer into the distal end of the PN graft.An average of 8(n=10) labelled cells were detected in the motor cortex of animals with cortical PN graft while an average of 2116(n=5)labelled cells were found in the brainstem of animals with medullary PN graft.However,no labelled cells was observed in the motor cortex in the latter group of animals,Thus,it is concluded that the pyramidal neurons are capable of regenerating axons into a implanted PN graft but its potentiaI to regenerate depends partly on the distance of the lesion from the cell body.
