氧氟沙星随机对照治疗细菌性感染的临床评价

摘　　要：用国产氧氟沙星与头孢拉定、诺氟沙星进行随机对照临床试验。氧氟沙星与头孢拉定对照治疗呼吸道及其它感染各４４例，有效率分别为９１％和８０％，细菌消除率分别８８％和８２％。氧氟沙星与诺氟沙星治疗泌尿系及肠道感染各５７例，有效率分别为９５％和８４％，细菌消除率分别为９６％和８７％。两组试验结果统计学处理均无显著性差异。A randomized controlled clinical trial on domestic Ofloxacin , compared with both Cephradine and Norfloxacin,was condueted.In the treatment of respiratory tract , skin and soft tissue infections,the effective rate of Ofloxacin (44 patients) and Cephradine ( 44 patients) were 91%and 80% respectively, the baterial clearance rate of the two groups was 88% and 82% re spectively.114 patients with urinary tract and enteric tract infections were randomized to receive either Ofloxacin (57 patients) or Norfloxacin(57 patients).The effective rate of the two groups were 95% and 84% respectively. the bacterial clearance rate of the two groups was 96% and 87%respectively,There was no statistical difference between Ofloxacin and controls.
