摘　　要：用国产心律平治疗小儿心律失常１００３例。治疗量５～７ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１／次，维持量２～４ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１／次，６～８小时服一次，对室上性和室性异位心律均有很高疗效，总有效率９４．６％。首次服药后半小时出现疗效，２～３小时达疗效高峰。长期服药仅少数出现一过性传导阻滞，说明心律平是广谱、速效、高效、安全的抗心律失常药，可以作儿科的首选药推广应用。cases of arrhythmias treated by propafenone produced in China were reported.The treatment dosage was given 5-7mg/kg each time,and the maintance dosage was given 2～4mg/kg each time,with intervals of 6～8 hours,The propafenone was high efficacy in both the supraventricular and ventricular ectopic cardiac rhythms. The total effective rate was 94.6%. The initial effect occurred after half an hour of the first oral propafenone,and the peak effect occurred after 2 to 3 hours. A few patients occurred temporary conduction block after taking propafenone for a long-term. The results showed that propafenone was a wide-spectum,rapid, high effective and safe anti-arrhythmic drug. We recommend that the propafenone be used widely as the first choice for the arrhythmias in children.
