巴龙霉素治疗带绦虫病415例疗效观察

摘　　要：本文首次报道国内应用巴龙霉素治疗带绦虫病。通过对４１５例带绦虫病患者临床驱绦虫病的观察，其中３９８例服药当天排出绦虫节片，１７例未发现节片排出，４１５例均随访半年以上，并确认已全部治愈。服药过程中，仅有４例（０．９６％）出现轻度头晕、恶心等反应，不久即自行消失。我们认为口服巴龙霉素是一种安全、有效的驱绦虫药物。Paromomycin has been used in the treatment of taeniasis solium and taeniasis saginata in outpatient since Aug. 1986.We observed 415 cases during time. The proglottids of 398 cases were excreted after the within 24 hours, and of 7 cases were not. All of 415 cases were followed up over 6 months and were cured completely. During the course slight dizziness and nausea were occurrea in 4 cases but disappeared soon There were no recurrence of infection in the all cases.We conclude that paromomycin is a safe effective drug for the treatment of taeniasis.
