邮电资源紧缺度与邮电国民经济效益

摘　　要：通过引入邮电资源紧缺度概念来定量描述我国不同地区在不同时期的邮电资源紧缺程度，并根据投入产出法确定的１９８７年全国部分省市邮电通信产品的影子价格，分析研究了我国不同地区邮电资源紧缺度与邮电通信产品影子价格的相互关系。结果表明，我国不同地区的邮电资源紧缺度与邮电通信产品影子价格之间存在较好的统计线性关系，文中给出了描述这种关系的多元线性回归方程。The concept of posts and telecommunications shortage degree is introduced andthe shortage degree of different periods and regions in China is quantitatively described.Ac-cording to the shadow price of posts and telecommunications derived by the input-outputanalysis method for some provices in China,1987,the relation between the index of the short-age degree and the shadow prices is analyzed.A linear statistical regression equation is giv-en,and statistical test is passed.
