沙参麦冬汤对大鼠胃粘膜损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：以沙参麦冬汤１０ｇ／ｋｇ、２０ｇ／ｋｇ给大鼠灌胃，对乙醇及消炎痛引起的胃粘膜损伤具有明显的保护作用，并可明显抑制乙醇所引起的ＰＤ值下降；胃内给药具有显著增加胃粘膜分泌的作用；经十二指肠给药具有抑制胃液分泌、胃酸度及胃蛋白酶活性的作用。Filling Decoction of Glehnia and Ophiopogon (10g/Kg,20g/Kg)into rat stomach, it was found that the decoction had obvious protective effect on injury of gastric mucosa caused by ethyl alcohol and isosorbide dinitrate. It could notably control the decrease of PO value caused by ethyl alcohol, and increase the secretory function of gastric mucosa if giving medicine by means of stomach. However, if giving medicine by means of duodenum, it had the effects of restraining the gastric secretion, gastric acidity and peptic activities.
